Can you tell me where i can by the salt and pepper that was on our salt and pepper chicken?

Our salt and pepper consists of many ingredients. Not just Salt and Pepper. Our more adventurous customers have searched for this at the local supermarkets. Have tried to recreate that home made creation of ours and failed. All our sauces and extra spices are our own creation. The make up is total secret. However, we may offer the chance to buy the salt and pepper in the future.

I just moved from the city and tried to order the same exact food from you but you don't offer it.

We get this question mostly from customers passing by or during the holidays. There is no set rule of what a Chinese takeway has to offer, Just because one takeaway offers it and the other doesn't. It could be that we do offer it but the dish is called by a different name. Our chefs expertise of cooking is from Hong Kong. We offer authentic cooking style and eastern fusion. We at Mamas Inn are proud to keep the Hong Kong style of cooking alive.

Why is it when i come to order a dish, I've been told sold out? Why can't you just make it?

We do our prep work during the day before opening. We have to try and anticipate which dishes are most popular. We have to make sure we have done enough prep work for all our dishes so we can give our customers a much vast choice and to minimise food wastage. There will be times that a dish is sold out due to demand on that day. 

Why don't you do delivery? Every other Chinese takeaway does?

You be amazed how often we get asked this.  This is something we have thought about and this is something we will offer in the future.

Do you offer special deals for large parties?

We have created a lunch menu for office staff gatherings. Created a personalised menu for Christmas Parties. We can create a buffet style menu for any occasion.  We do however require pickup. The feedback from customer has been very positive.
